Our Story

JT’s Septic wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built the way things last out here in Central Arizona, with early mornings, tired hands, and a belief that if you treat people right, they’ll remember.

In 1994, Jay and Julie Taulbee started the company with one truck and a simple promise: show up, do good work, and take care of people. That promise carried through the years as their family grew and the business did too. Responsibility wasn’t something written down, it was something lived, passed along through long days and honest work.

Today, JT’s continues the 30 year legacy. The trucks are newer. The systems are smarter. But the heart of the company remains the same. We still show up calm. We still take care of your property. And we still believe that doing things right, every time, is what earns trust.
